    Functions

    Main Function of Directorate of Hidden Properties is to bring on record the properties under adverse possession in old schemes of L.D.A.

    Follow the following procedure

    1. By visiting the sites.
    2. By consulting the dead record/old record lying in different branches.
    3. By verbal information from the general public of the area.

    After thorough checking and satisfaction that the land is under encroachment, the matter is referred to Director Estate Management LDA, for taking the appropriate action. The Director Estate Management L.D.A. is authorized to dispose of the land.

    To bring on record the details of properties under adverse possession of encroaches in the old schemes of L.I.T/L.D.A which are as under.

Anybody in possession of any plot in the above said schemes under the cover of PTOs/PTDs is also an encroacher. Further information can be obtained by submitting at one window operation cell.

    Available Plots

    As per record of LDA following plots are available to be exempted/ sold/ auctioned to the General Public in Tajpura Housing Scheme. If anybody has any claim/ objSection regarding the ownership of these plots he/ she may write to the undersigned along with ownership proof within fortnight from the issue of this notice in the press to enable LDA to verify the same from the record.
